Delivery services

Our consignments are dispatched through Czech Post or through GLS Courier Service. Because all our products are in stock, we dispatch on the order day or the day after. Therefore, you shall receive your order within two days from ordering from e-shop. Orders paid in advance are dispatched on the day the payment successfully arrives on our account.

Personal Collection can be carried out in any of our Pick-Up Points.

Customers who place their order by an end of the week and wish to have their goods for for weekend are welcome to use our premium Saturday Delivery service.

 

Delivery options

CZECH POST - PARCEL DELIVERY TO HAND

  • Standard Delivery Time: 24hrs from parcel dispatch.
  • Should the consignment fail to be delivered, it shall be stored in the nearest Post Office for the next 7 workdays (a note shall be left in mailbox).
  • An informative SMS and e-maill shall be sent, regarding the consignment dispatch, delivery date and an upcoming end of storage time.
  • Should you fail to collect your consignment at the Post Office within the 7-days time period, the parcel returns to us.
  • Online Change of Delivery Instructions. This service allows you to change delivery date, storage at a Post Office, re-dispatch to a different Post Office and to prolong storage time for free. An address change after dispatch comes is charged extra.
  • The Seller can hold no resposibility for delays caused by third parties.

CZECH POST - PARCEL DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE

  • While filling the order form in, please type to the "Note" field "POSTE RESTANTE" and we shall dispatch the order so that it remains at your desired Post Office for you to collect.
  • Should you fail to collect the consignment within 7 workdays, it gets shipped back to us.
  • The Seller can hold no resposibility for delays caused by third parties.

GLS COURIER SERVICE

  • Standard Delivery Time: 24hrs from parcel dispatch.
  • Should the courier fail to deliver the consignment in the defined time, he shall try again in the next days.
  • Delivery time and location can be changed based on telephonical consultation.
  • An informative SMS and e-mail shall be sent with information regarding parcel dispatch and delivery.
  • Should the consignment fail to be delivered, it gets returned to us after 6 workdays since first delivery attempt.
  • The Seller can hold no resposibility for delays caused by third parties.
  • Card payment option is available.

PERSONAL COLLECTION

  • Please don't come and collect your order prior to receiving an e-mail confirmation, that we send the moment the goods are ready to be collected at your desired Pick-Up Point (usually within one workday).
  • After that, you can collect your purchased goods at your desired Pick-Up Point. 
  • Cash and credit cards are accepted.
